Mohmed joined Afifi as an associate in 2017. He has extensive experience in commercial, tax and labor litigation before Civil, Economic and State Council Court. Mohamed also represents and advice our client in relation to the incorporation of different types of companies under Egyptian law as well as establishing representative offices and foreign company branches in Egypt and conducting all the relevant corporate work and legal procedures. This in addition to representing clients before the various governmental entities which include but not limited to the General Authority for Investment, Tax Authority, General Organization for Export and Import Control and the Central Bank of Egypt.
