Gamil has joined Afifi in 2012 as a litigation associate. He is experienced in civil, commercial, labour and criminal litigation by attending before the courts with all its kinds and degrees including experts’ sessions as well as proceeding with all the required procedures of lawsuits.

Gamil is experienced in all types of real estate development, including commercial and industrial projects, residential subdivisions, and condominiums. Moreover, he helps our clients navigate local land use regulations to secure the necessary permits, approvals, and adjustments. Gamil has extensive experience appearing before zoning boards and planning commissions throughout Egypt. He mainly works with Egyptian legal authorities, including the Real Estate departments, Civil Society Organizations, and other governmental agencies on behalf of the clients.
