Mr. Emil is experienced in Corporate Law, specializing in the incorporation of companies in addition to establishing representative offices and foreign company branches in Egypt. He also works extensively with the General Authority on Free Zones and Investment (GAFI) and the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Man power, for obtaining trade and practice certificates and executing general contracts, registering companies with the commercial register, and obtaining work and residence permits for foreign investors conducting business in Egypt.

His broad experience in business matters and drafting skills make him particularly able to assist business owners and individuals with estate planning matters. He also has extensive experience with real estate financing, commercial foreclosures, representation of creditors in workouts and bankruptcy reorganization.

Emil works extensively with the Egyptian government ministries and officials to facilitate the needs of our clients.
