Andrew joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes team in 2019. He has been involved in several transactions and litigation disputes, whereby, he participated through providing legal analysis from Egyptian law perspective, attending experts’ sessions as well as drafting memoranda submitted before the courts.

Andrew has a diverse practice that includes experiences with mergers and acquisitions disputes, real property issues and other complex business litigation matters.

Andrew is also involved in advising international clients in connection with commercial distribution and commercial agency agreements, this include but not limited to drafting, reviewing and negotiation of the execution or termination of such agreements.
